Get Batch

GET /v1/emails/batch/:id

Returns live progress for a batch: how many emails are in each status. processed counts every email that has left the queue.

counts only lists statuses with at least one email. The batch is finished when processed equals total. Individual emails keep updating afterwards as delivery events arrive.
